• It is a Sterile Procedure which should be performed with Fluoroscopy,
• 2 Dimensional Echocardiography or Eletrocardiographic Monitoring and Guidance.

• 1 unit of 6F / 8.3F High-flow pigtail or straight catherer 60 cm.
• 1 unit of 6F / 8F Dilator.
• 1 unit of Three Way stopcock.
• 1 unit of Guide Wire 0.035” ( 0.89 mm ) x 80 cm Double Ended ( J & Straight ).
• 1 unit of 22 g x 2 3/8” ( 6 cm ) Needle.
• 1 unit of 19 g x 1 ½ “ ( 3.8 cm ) Needle.
• 1 unit of 18 g x 9 cm Needle.
• 1 unit of 18 g x 15 cm Needle.
• 1 unit of 10ml Luer Lock Syringe.
• 1 unit of 60 ml Vaclock Syringe.
• 1 unit of 1,400 ml Merit Disposal T bag with connecting Tube.
• 10 units fo 4” x 4” ( 10 cm x 10 cm ) Gauze.
